GUIDELINES

General Policies-Network 

1.    Only professionals with minimum Degree or Masters Degree is permitted to join a chapter of PSN. Membership Committees of each chapter have final authority relating to classification conflicts.

2.    The Monthly  meetings last for 90 minutes. Members need to arrive on time and stay for the entire meeting.

3.    Attendance is critical to the group. A member is allowed one absences every six months (April through September and October through March). More than this and the member’s classification is subject to being opened by the chapter’s Membership Committee.

4.     Visitors may attend chapter meetings ,


5.     In the absence of a Membership Committee, the Leadership Team may act as
an ad hoc Membership Committee until one is established.


6.    All new members must attend Member Success Program (MSP) training  Only after attending the MSP training may the new member be added to the  “speaker rotation” of the chapter.  Any new members not attending the MSP training with the first 60 days after being inducted into the chapter will be subject to having their classification open by the Membership Committee.         

7.    Policies are subject to change.  All proposed policy changes need to be reviewed  first by the Board of Advisors. 
ATTENDANCE POLICY

After two (2) absences in a six (6) month time period, the Membership Committee shall send a warning letter to the Absent Member.  After three (3) absences in a six (6) month time period, the Membership Committee shall send the Absent Member a notice of its intent to open up such Member’s seat.  The Absent Member shall have the opportunity to request an appeal of this decision by contacting the Membership Committee within 5 business days.    After four (4) absences in a six (6) month time period, the Membership Committee shall notify PSN of its intent to open up such Absent Member’s seat.  There will be no appeals from this decision. 


1.    The membership committee can maintain the attendance and timings ,
2.    The committee should maintain the in time and out time of the members attending the meeting .
3.    The team members can also can give prior intimation of their presence in the meeting so that arranging tea ,snax would be adequate .
4.   Mobile phones are prohibited  during the meeting - either switched off or silent mode

1.    President
2.    Secretary
3.    Treasurer
4.    Membership committee
5.    Training programme committee 
6.    Monthly meeting organizing committee


Objectives of the PSN

1.    Business Networking, (Concentrate Non Social workers too)
2.    Knowledge sharing, 
3.    generate the revenue through Training, research, education and CSR Projects,
4.    Financial Support to members,
5.    Technical sources support to members,
6.    Job reference sharing
7.    In long term cooperative society forming
